2 Topic Rant

Okay guys and girls, before i'm going to kick off the first chapter of m (or our) webbook "Outbreak Z" (yes, i already wrote a bit of the first chapter and everything in terms of the setting is already planned) i wanted to get some steam off, because there are a couple of things going on in the world and i'd like to share my personal thoughts about it. And as you can see from the title, i want to rant a bit, because i don't think i did an actual rant so far, or have i?
Exaggery. So let's get to it!

Obomba versus Syria

(Be aware that i wrote most of this before America kind of backed off of sending troops to Syria.)
Wow. Before i get to the whole freaking "YAY! LET'S BOMB SYRIA! GO OMBOBA! PISS IN THE FOLK'S FACES!" i wanted to tell you something that makes me mad as well.
You know the whole thing about 9/11, right? The whole world is so sad and says "Remember 9/11. That was so sad, it is a tradegy." Now don't get me wrong, i don't wish that upon anyone and it actually was a tragedy. BUT! Have you guys ever heard of karma? Yes?
What about america dropping a nuclear bomb on Hiroshima?
What about american soldiers lighting KIDS(!) on fire in vietnam?
HOW IN THE F*** can it be, that the whole world sobs and sheds tears to a thing that terrorists did to a nation that does exactly the same?
How can it be that we don't sob and shed tears to the things the USA did to Vietnam and Hiroshima?
I mean sure, we get a bit of coverage in german television every year about Hiroshima, which means we get a little information and they talk about it in the news for 20 seconds, but you get no coverage at what they did in vietnam, but when it comes to 9/11 everyone hops on the bandwagon and tries to get the people to feel sorry for the USA. I can't stand it.

Anyways, back to the actual topic.
The stuff that is going on in america sort of reminds me of what happened in... i think it was Turkey a while ago, where the president wanted to get rid of a park to build a mall instead.

Looots and lots of people demonstrated on the streets and they made their point clear: They don't want a mall, they want to keep the park.
But this stupid politician (who goes by the name of "Erdogan") didn't listen to what the people want. That is just bizzar, because isn't that what a politician is suppoed to do? Aren't they supposed to listen to what the majority wants and act accordingly? Isn't this what politicians are there for in the first place?

Same with the whole USA Syria bullspit. There you have Obomba, as he is called, trying to spread the notion that it is good if america "helps" Syria.
That is good to drop a bomb on Syria.
That is is good to kill rebels and civilians alike.
Just think about it: You have that civil war in Syria, right? Lots of people (men, women, children) getting killed. And what happens when america (once again) wants to join in? An even bigger bloodbath. Even more innocent men, women and children are going to get killed. And then Obomba tries to spread the notion that "not acting is worse than to act?"

I don't get this: Soldiers in Vietnam literally burned children to death. I'm serious, they did and they will do the exact same to the poor people (and children) in Syria, as well.
Did you hear me correctly? Think about it: They burned children to death.
Basically what Obomba says, is that it is perfectly fine to burn down cities, murder children and lots of other civilians because america will always "help" other countries like that.
They literally leave a bloodbath behind, they kill people in other countries and then they want a pat on the shoulder and hear a "Thank you?"
That's why i really like russia in this whole picture. Not only did they give exile to Snowden, but they also pulled the breaks on america and said that they don't approve attacking Syria. Way to go!

Brazil... here we come... even though if you don't want us!

Oh yeah, that is also some good stuff right here.
You may know that i am german. And you may know that many germans like soccer and you may know that i consider soccer as one of the most boring and most stupid things in existence aka useless. Or short "Justin Bieber."

FIFA announced that the world cup 2014 is going to be hosted in Brazil and as soon as they announced it, loots and lots of demonstrations took place in Rio, Sao Paulo:
Source: http://www.sportskeeda.com/2013/06/29/protests-in-brazil-bring-to-the-fore-genuine-concerns-about-hosting-the-fifa-world-cup-2014/
Source: http://www.policymic.com/articles/52039/brazil-protests-2013-fifa-makes-4-billion-from-champagne-while-brazilians-just-want-health-and-education
The costs of hosting the world cup are enormous. And i read a couple of posts on facebook where users said stuff like
"What positive does a world cup bring? Nothing. It doesn't boost tourism, it doesn't do any good for the country."
"Instead of spending the money for education, they use it for some stupid sport event that doesn't do anything for us."
So instead of using the money to build hospitals and schools aka stuff that the people actually benefit from, FIFA just spits in their faces. Of course the FIFA officials realized what was going on in brazil and what did they say? Of course! "We are going to host it in Brazil anyways."
Seriously: What is wrong with the brazilian government? Shouldn't they have a say, too?
But apparently they are all hand in glove with each other.
